
A beginners conditioning program focused on improving both cardio and agility.
Depending on your current physical ability, the program will consist of the following:
Postural focused plyometrics (with or without resistance).
Postural focused jogging.
Rhythmic ladder and cone work.
Dynamic stretching.
Dynamic movements (lunges, high knees for example).
1:1, 1:2 (Partner) and 1:3 (Small group) coaching is available.
