Specialist dietary review

Comprehensive dietary review highlighting the following:

  • Potential lack of nutrients or over exposure.

  • Mechanistic understanding of how nutrients modulate metabolism.

  • Supplement / dietary contraindications.

  • Potential source(s) of mycotoxins.

Our approach is completely predecated on scientific literature.

  • Book your initial session via our scheduling page.

  • After schedulling your appointment you will receive an online client intake form to fill out (please ensure this form is submitted at least 48 hours before your session).

  • 1x 45min session - An open discussion to ask questions and clarify any information submitted in the dietary form.

  • Dietary reviews will be completed within 72 hours. You will receive an email link to book your dietary review session.

  • 1x 1 hour session to present the dietary review and answer inquiries.
  • Post service support: Optional fortnightly check in session + access to email correspondence for a month.
